The owner was easy to get in contact with, was very easy to talk to about what work was desired and how to get it done, he provided a free estimate and rough timeline, and stuck to it.

As I type this he is spending another full day clearing trees and vines and maintaining a burn pile to help dispose of the debris. He has explained in detail what he is doing, how the process will work, and has been available for me to ask questions or tweak our plan throughout the day.

Without getting into specifics his price for clearing and grading was half as much as I was getting from landscapers. At a time when most people were too busy to even return a call, he is getting the work done.

“Blake, owner of R&M Dirt Work, is the real deal! He met with us for a detailed quote for dirt work that we needed quickly. He explained all work that he would be performing before the job began. We had a complete understanding of when and what type of work would be completed. He cleared an untouched area on our property, cleared a few large trees, installed additional ditch tin-horns for drainage and even removed a portion of steal pole fencing. We were very impressed that Blake showed up early on the day of the job to meet and coordinate the dirt truck upon delivery. Blake created a gravel parking for our semi-truck tractor and trailers in front of the shop area. He also built and prepared the pad for a 40X60 workshop. He had everything ready for the Building Contractor to come in and pour the cement foundation. We had ABSOLUTELY no worries.
